Advocate. Try to understand and learn from the users in order to design with them in mind. Never let the focus of the end user deviate from design and development.

Collaborate. Working together as designer, developer, and project manager brings different perspectives to the same problem. We can challenge each other in a collaborative way to provide the best solution for the user.

Create. Don’t be afraid to question the way things are being done if they do not work for the end user. Use creativity to imagine new solutions.
